UG_IO SimSys FIELDVIEW 3D Grid File Type
A FIELDVIEW file contains a tria/quad face boundary surface grid and (optionally) a polyhedral element volume grid. See FIELDVIEW related documentation for more information. FIELDVIEW type grid files are only supported for output files. The allowable file format for a FIELDVIEW grid file is either ASCII formatted or C binary with single precision coordinates.
