UG_IO SimSys COBALT 3D Grid File Type
A COBALT file contains a tria/quad face boundary surface grid and a polyhedral element volume grid. See COBALT related documentation for more information. COBALT type grid files are only supported for output files. The internal format of COBALT type grid files is always unformatted real*8 with big endian ordering and the UG_IO file format suffix will have no effect.
