Dr. Montgomery C. Hughson is currently serving as Deputy Director and Associate Research Professor of Computational Engineering for the ERC Computational Simulation and Design Center (ERC SimCenter) with the High Performance Computing Collaboratory (HPC2) at Mississippi State University.
Lieutenant Colonel Montgomery C. "Gomer" Hughson, retired from United States Air Force September 1, 2004.
Lt Col Hughson earned his regular commission through the Airmen Education and Commissioning Program as an astronautical engineering selectee and a distinguished graduate of Officer Training School. His aerospace engineering career includes numerous stateside assignments within Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Systems Command and Air Education and Training Command as well as a couple overseas assignments in Pacific Air Forces.
